As an Obstetric Registered Nurse Consultant for not only private clients, but also for other physician & midwives practices, hospitals, and insurance companies, her life goal is to create and facilitate support in all areas of health & business.

Much of Faith's background includes working as a clinical Registered Nurse in the areas of Neonatal, Postpartum, Reproductive Endocrinology, and Labor and Delivery. She has also had the occasion to work as a legal nurse consultant with a reputable firm. Prior to becoming a healthcare consultant, she worked as a business consultant for several years with Fortune100 & 500 firms.

She founded a birth & postpartum support company as well as a non profit organization to help serve wellness to underserved communities. She has a keen ability to forge mutually beneficial partnerships with local physician groups, across local, state and national government, with third-party insurers, strategic partners, and allies.

Combining many multifaceted experiences has given her the wisdom to create strategic health programming initiatives and infrastructure with influential, solution-based innovation. She embodies the phrase "health care" to her very core, as she cares about her clients' wellness like they are her own kids.

Faith is an instrumental component to the Iron Performance vision as she helps oversee the systems and structure to ensure the needs of our clients are fostered effectively.
