The Visionary

Lorenzo B.A., CPT, PNC 1, HKC, FMS 1, GFM 1
Coach Zo, originally from Denver, Colorado has been an advocate of movement and fitness since a very young age. As a triathlete in a highly regarded preparatory school in Denver, Colorado, he developed a passion for athletics and discipline which awarded him a coveted full merit scholarship from the western region Daniels Fund. After attending Lake Forest College outside of Chicago, where he majored in Computer Science and played football and lacrosse he set his sights on the NFL. His belief that its "not the size of the dog in a fight but the size of the fight in the dog" continued to motivate him to pursue the professional ranks as a potential career.
Soon after graduation, he attended an invitational NFL Scouting Combine. During this rigorous & long season of training and preparation, Lorenzo ultimately realized that his calling would be ministering in the areas of health and fitness. He teamed up with former NFL linebacker, Eddie Mason of MASE Training and later became the director of personal training at MASE, setting his focus on helping people of all walks of life overcome barriers in their health & wellness.

His attention to detail and fascination of the body's systems led him to dive deeper into nutrition and the true healing power of food. He set his sights on understanding how society has decayed, metabolically speaking and how to help people repair their diet organically. After becoming an official distributing partner with Youngevity International Inc, he teamed up other like minded health professionals and created Iron Performance. Fueled by the phrase "iron sharpens iron", Coach Zo aims to meet people from all walks of life where they are in their journey, and equip them with principles, protocols, & resources that will sharpen their health and transform their way of thinking as it pertains to nutrition.
